Momenta
The conventional notion of scoring is to mark a surface in a way that the marks indicate both the presence of the manipulator with the surface and within the surface. If the surface is time, the marking spotlights selected moments. In the selection of moments, the mark applies a sensory signal to the moment. The signals collectively materialize time. The material then becomes a way to form time, while simultaneously time becomes a way to seek and locate material. Form encodes time and reading decodes the form.
