How Do Organizations Learn To Learn?
Learning organizations are pursuing adaptibility and agility as features of their basic behavior and competencies. Enormous, detailed sophistication has developed for this cause. But complexity poses the matter of making learning matter by solving the right problem. This discussion of the pursuit takes a step back from the trees to briefly refresh a view of the forest.
